As you consider the candidates, consider the words of John Adams
Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.

As a firm believer that along with “rights” comes “responsibility”. We each have a responsibility to learn about the candidates and then to choose wisely those who seem best for the entire country, not just our own immediate gratification.
There are many things to consider as you choose your candidate. Here is one of the many quotes of Thomas Jefferson’s thoughts that have affected my thought process:
The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.

There are very few times in my life when I have been truly ashamed to be a New Yorker. Mayor Bloomberg has managed to make that happen.
So in case you were interested in my opinion …
I cannot think of a better way to promote anger, resentment and hate towards those of the Muslin faith than the proposed Mosque at “ground zero”.
Bloomberg’s actions can only be explained as a result of possible malpractice at his Bris with a cut somewhat closer to the body.
This plan is akin to saying we need a memorial to Adolf Hitler’s Third Reich adjacent to the Holocaust Museum in DC.
Evil accepted is Evil Condoned –
