When you are allerigic to fish,
you need an All-American hors d’oeuvres
Cut hot dogs into 1.5 inch pieces
optional: Pan or TenderCrisp for crispy edges
PreHeat Oven to 375°F.
OR Ninja Foodi Bake 350°F
while preheating …
Unroll dough = separate into triangles.
Cut each triangle lengthwise
Roll each piece Dog
Optional – cut slivers of cheese and lay on dough before rolling
Ninja Foodi
lay pieces in Tendercrisp Basket
Bake 8-12 mins = check at 10 mins
Or
Oven Bake:
lay pieces on lined baking sheet with room between
Bake 12 to 15 mins (check for golden brown at 12
Serve with spice condiments of your choice for dipping
Crisping option – Using Ninja Foodi
Cut Hot Dog into pieces
Load dehydrator rack(s) with pieces
place in Ninja Foodi
use TenderCrisp function to 400 pre-heat Foodi AND to crisp up the edges of the hotdog bites.
while you are cutting and preparing the dough
Remove Rack – reset temp to 350 allow temp to adjust while you carefully (they will be hot) roll the pieces in dough.
Place on dehyrator rack with lots of room so no turning and tossing will be needed
Upper levels will bake faster so do check at 8-9 mins and as they brown – remove and place on cooling rack
continue, checking every 1-3 minutes until all are done.
