After a week of far too much “serious” thought, it is fun to share some silly stuff.

Many Thanks to Judy from Crochet Partners for sending me this this link with the photo above and some of the story that has the Story of Carol Hummel’s Tree Cozy.

Naturally I could not type “tree cozy” in to google fast enough to find more and was rewarded with this rather eclectric blog with a ton more pictures

Also found Carol Hummel’s personal domain, it is worth the time to ‘sit through” the slide show.

    That’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. I can’t even imagine the time it must have taken. I’d never have the patience. That’s one of those things that make me fall down to my knees and declare, “I am not worthy!” Awesome!

    I have been thrilled with the idea of a treee cozy or sweater since I first learned of it several months ago! What a hoot!

    Now then, I need to store some yarn and yet be able to access what’s there by looking. Has anyone ever thought of making a mniature string (crochet, macreme?)hammock for this purpose?
