I would never be able to do that! I have trouble to cut out a sewing pattern – totally stresses me out! To delibrately CUT UP a doily … would be even harder than cutting up a book, and that is the biggest NO! in our family.
Then too, I know how scuffed up my shoes get in normal wearing; no amount of glue would protect doilies from what I do to shoes!
